Dual Device Controls

The porons of the panel with white

outlines contain two sets of devices

controls, each of which can be assigned

to a CG store, clip store, sll store,

animaon store, keyer, camera control,

etc. You can instantly and inmately

control any selected device. Just press a

device control buon and an enre bank

of controls is assigned, including: a PixPad

with 12 PixBuons, 4 knobs, moon

control and display. The two PixPads of

thumbnails on the mul-view follow along.

A 3-axis joysck is shared by the device

control banks.

Always ON-AIR Reliability

Granite has unprecedented redundancy

built-in to keep you always on-air.

Ride Through a Panel Failure

If the control panel were to fail in the middle

of a show, you can sll operate all funcons

by opening a SoPanel, an exact replica of the

physical panel. Or just click on the mul-view

windows to switch cameras and graphics and

add keys.

Ride through a Power Failure

Every component on the Granite 5000

includes an internal redundant power

supply as standard equipment, including

the switcher, server and panel. One

automacally take over if one fails.

Ride through a Server failure

You can sll switch cameras on the

Granite Switcher even if the high-

reliability Granite Content Server

should ever stop, or be unplugged.
